Job Overview Part-Time Family Assistant – Morning Childcare & Home Reset (Falls Church, VA) We are seeking a reliable, organized Part-Time Family Assistant to support a warm household with structured mornings and light home reset support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys calm mornings, predictable hours, and leaving a home feeling clean and organized. Schedule Approximately 20 hours per week Morning shifts Parents are home for the first portion of the shift Role Breakdown Morning Childcare Support (Parents Present): Helping children get dressed and ready for school Breakfast preparation and cleanup Packing lunches and school items Supporting a smooth morning routine Home Reset & Household Support (Children at School): Kitchen reset (dishes, counters, tables) Light food or meal preparation Tidying common areas Children’s laundry and organization This position does not involve deep cleaning or full housekeeping.
