Business and Tax/Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney - Fort Myers Office

Henderson Franklin is currently seeking a skilled mid-level business and tax/mergers and acquisitions attorney to join our Fort Myers practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience, preferably with a transferrable book of business, and a background in corporate and business planning, business succession planning, business tax planning, and mergers and acquisitions. An LL.M. in taxation or CPA designation is highly preferred. Key Qualifications: Substantive experience in tax, entity formations, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Keen business sense with the ability to relate to and communicate clearly with our clients. Strong organizational and follow through skills. Dedication, commitment, and professionalism. Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
