Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator – Nashville, TNLocation: Nashville, TNSchedule: 100% in-office for first 6 months, then hybridCompensation: $23–25 hourlySoni is partnering with a stable, team-oriented organization in Nashville to add an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume transactional work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to work with an established company in the Nashville area.What You’ll Do:Process daily payment batches (lockbox, ACH, checks) and apply to customer accountsScan and post incoming payments, including specialty items (bankruptcy, miscellaneous checks, etc.)Handle account adjustments, refunds, and ACH/eCheck updatesResearch and resolve payment discrepancies and account issuesRespond to billing inquiries and support internal teams with account questionsAssist with delinquent accounts, payment plans, and collections follow-upMaintain accurate, up-to-date account recordsLooking For:2+ years of Accounts Receivable or bookkeeping experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume processingComfortable working in Excel and Microsoft OfficeSolid communication skills (written and verbal)Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetNice to Have:Experience in property management or HOA environments Compensation: $23-$25/ Hr Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
