Guest Experience Representative

Job SummaryThe Richmond Flying Squirrels are seeking Guest Experience Representatives to help create memorable fan experiences at CarMax Park. This role is essential to delivering the welcoming, fun, and family-friendly atmosphere our fans expect. Guest Experience Representatives will greet fans, check tickets, assist with seating, provide information about the ballpark, and help maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment throughout each event.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and engage fans with a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.Scan and verify tickets at front gates and entry points, ensuring efficient and accurate guest admission.Assist guests in locating their assigned seating areas efficiently and courteously.Provide accurate information and proactive assistance regarding CarMax Park, the Richmond Flying Squirrels, and event operations.Maintain clear aisles, orderly seating sections, and appropriate crowd flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable guest experience.Collaborate with Security, Event Operations, and Guest Experience leadership to promptly address and resolve guest concerns.Identify guests requiring additional assistance, including accessibility support, lost and found issues, or medical needs, and respond in accordance with established procedures.Monitor assigned areas for safety, cleanliness, and compliance with stadium policies and procedures.Assist with pre-event preparation and post-event breakdown as assigned.QualificationsDemonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, event operations, or a stadium, arena, or live entertainment venue is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Physically capable of standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 25 pounds.Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the baseball season.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.Job Questions:Are you available to work a majority of Flying Squirrels home games?
