Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Location: McKinney, TX (Onsite) Compensation: $48 - 50/hr No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role What You'll Do: Design, engineer, and support wired and wireless LAN/WAN network solutions to meet operational needsPerform hands-on field work, including fiber testing, cabling, network drops, and access point installation and configurationTroubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity, performance, and related network issues across multiple sitesCoordinate and implement network hardware and software upgrades while maintaining comprehensive network documentationPartner with vendors, technical staff, and support teams on network implementation, optimization, and ongoing management What Gets You the Job: CCNA certification and hands-on Cisco networking experienceStrong troubleshooting skills with practical field experience in cabling, network drops, and access point deploymentCCNP and/or Palo Alto certification a plusComfortable working independently in a lean team environment, with willingness to travel between multiple sitesStrong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detailThis is a chance to take on high-visibility infrastructure projects, sharpen your skills across modern Cisco and Palo Alto technologies, and build a stable, long-term career with excellent benefits.
