Join a Therapist-Owned Pediatric Therapy Practice The Specialists is a therapist-owned pediatric speech and occupational therapy practice serving children and families throughout Wayne, Dearborn, and surrounding communities. We are growing and seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centered care to children with a variety of communication needs. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, build meaningful relationships with families, and work in a practice led by clinicians who understand the realities of providing excellent therapy. Caseloads may include children with: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) needs (strong emphasis on AAC) Early language delays Speech sound disorders Social communication challenges Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) Qualifications Required Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License Preferred Experience working with autistic children AAC experience Familiarity with GLP/NLA Bilingual (Arabic) a plus Why Us?
