Properly ensure consistent communication of products, programs, availability, and lead time information while coordinating special projects with the customer service team.ResponsibilitiesAccount Management (50%)Build and maintain active and close relationships with accounts in territory and provide highest customer supportManage and maintain database for all accounts assigned and act as customer service liaison for territory accountsAttend seasonal sales meetings & sales retreatsSupport sales and other territory reps as necessary to provide event coverage in other regionsCoordinate and support inside customer service and marketing team with quick responses in order to support seamless operations and top-level service of accountsEnsure that sales targets and tournament goals are met within territory in a sustainable mannerSupport merchandising and ensure that KJUS product at POS in store is looking premium and well-branded at all timesAccount Development (50%)Seek potential new distribution opportunities with viable clients that align with KJUS brand and business criteria, always planned and mutually decided with Western US Sales Manager & Leadership teamExecute seeding program in accordance with the KJUS guidelinesPlan, execute, and attend customer and retail events including trunk shows, tournaments, and in-store selling to increase salesActively represent brand at ski events and retail partner locations to increase brand awareness, sell-through, and account growthProvide regular feedback to US Sales Manager including weekly calls, planning discussions, and activity reportsConduct account analysis to effectively assist with digital order proposals and sell tournaments to accountsManage territory with seasonal sell in & in-season account support for both Golf & Ski partnersAttend tradeshows to introduce seasonal line to accounts and assist in merchandising and purchasing decisionsPrepare for and host product knowledge trainings for accountsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in sales or in a professional business environmentStrong relationship building and maintaining skillsERP/SAP experienceRepSpark experience preferredExtended periods of time sitting and/or standing, occasional liftingFrequent TravelProficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)A passion for outdoor sports industryBenefits15 days vacation12 paid holidays6 sick daysMedicalDentalVision401k…and more!Pay Range: $0.00-$0.00Ready to Make an Impact?Join us at KJUS and be part of a team that values excellence and innovation.EEO And Additional StatementsAcushnet Company is an equal opportunity employer.
