Machine Operator 2nd Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery to produce high-quality products. Typical Schedule: 2nd shift Monday through Thursday 1:30 pm - midnight WHAT YOU’LL DO: Set up, operate, and monitor machinery with the use of blueprints to product quality parts to meet production specifications Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Ensure the consistent production of high-quality products by inspecting and making adjustments as needed Use measuring devices required to check parts produced to print specifications Provide timely and accurate job information Have a desire to be crossed-trained on other machines Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Perform other duties as assigned WHAT YOU BRING: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing evironment preferred Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills Ability to read blueprints Physically, must be able to lift up to 50lbs., bend, squat, twist, and stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime. Prompt and reliable attendance required. Willingness to be cross-trained in other production positions/areas WHAT YOU GET: Vacation when you Start!
