In addition to designing and installing networks for our clients, we provide remote and onsite technical support which ranges from helping a practice change a password to adding an additional location/site. As a member of the NetFusion team, you will be a full-time employee.The Ideal Candidate:Must possesses a wide variety of IT experience ranging from desktop operating systems (Microsoft Windows XP - 11) to server operating systems (Windows Server 2003-2015).Experience with Domains/Active Directory/Entra Installations and Management including Group Policies, Mapped Drives, DFS Replication, Multi-Site Domains.Experience in administering, maintaining databases, database replication (MS SQL, Pervasive, MySQL, Postgre)Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and system performancePreferably has experience working in a consulting environment similar to ours – this would be a huge plus!Possess experience in enterprise networking (VLANS, Layer-2/3 Networks, SD-WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)Excels at communicating with customers over the phone; able to handle multiple incoming tech support calls throughout each day and have excellent verbal/written skills.Experience in Enterprise Systems/Virtualization - Hyper-V, VMware, vCenter, vMotion, Fibre Channel, SAN/ISCSSI Arrays, Backup and Disaster RecoveryExperience in Remote Desktop Services, Remote Desktop Farms, RD Gateways, and Citrix XenApp/XenDesktopFinds answers to problems quickly and has excellent follow-up skillsIs available, self-sufficient and dependable during scheduled business hoursProficiency with MS Office 365/Outlook/Ticketing SystemsLooking for a long-term career in the IT fieldWhy NetFusion Consulting?We've been in business for 15+ years and have grown steadily over the years; we have multiple offices in California and 1000+ customers worldwide.Our customers like to have the latest and greatest tech, which means we get to work with cutting edge technology every day.We encourage continuous learning for our team members; making you smarter makes us more successful.Great Team to work with - Great working environment!Optional/beneficial certifications:· CompTIA A+· CompTIA Network+· CompTIA Security+· Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)· Google IT Support Professional CertificatePosition Benefits:Competitive Pay/SalaryCompany Lunch’s/DinnersWorking with a great teamTechnical TrainingPaid Time Off + Several Paid Holidays Annually401k w/Company MatchNo phone calls/drop ins please.
