A company is looking for a Workday Payroll/Finance/HCM Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Document, support, and improve IT systems and processes while providing training
Address and resolve incoming tickets and requests, analyzing trends for improvements
Lead user training sessions and develop training materials for end-users
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in a corporate environment
Minimum 4 years experience in IT support for custom applications
Associate Degree or equivalent experience
Workday Certified in multiple SKU
Advanced proficiency in MS suite
