Job Title : Senior Program & Project ManagerLocation: Pittsburgh, PAWork Arrangement: Hybrid Tue–ThuType: Contract to HireDuration: 1 year +/-ResponsibilitiesLead large, complex technology and business initiatives from planning through implementation.Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.Lead cross-functional teams across 30–60 product areas.Partner with business and technology stakeholders and provide executive-level communication.Drive business readiness, operational transition, training, and implementation.Influence stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure accountability for outcomes.Apply Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies.RequiredBachelor's degree.7+ years of project management experience.Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to lead as a Program Manager while grounded in Project Management discipline.Outstanding soft skills and communication are critical.Healthcare/health insurance experience.PreferredMonday.com, Planview, or Oracle ERP Resource & Financial experience.Open Enrollment (OEP/AEP) readiness planning.Commercial and Government health insurance product implementation experience.
