Project Manager

The Project Manager, Repair onDemand, will shepherd initiatives of variable scope and levels of complexity from initiation through close, ensuring the proper level of rigor is applied to each project. Identifies stakeholders, surfaces risks, and documents requirements, compiling inputs to create a schedule and communication plan. Qualifies the plan against KPI’s for success and reports progress on a consistent basis. Recognizes the need to escalate risks with the proper level of urgency, driving the planning and execution of mitigation strategies to avoid project failure.The ideal candidate will be versed in formal project management methodologies and frameworks. They will have a strong history of developing project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies, as well as leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
