Work Location: Fort Mill OfficeJob Title: JCC_NIT - Non-IT Project/Program Manager IIJob Description: SummaryMarketing Specialist responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and commercialization plans for aftermarket service products.Key ResponsibilitiesService Marketing & Go-to-Market EnablementDefine and execute go-to-market strategies for aftermarket services, including extended coverage, digital services, telematics, and fleet solutions.Develop marketing strategies, value propositions, and product positioning for targeted customer segments.Lead product launch planning and commercialization in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.Create sales enablement tools, training materials, and dealer support programs.Drive marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase product adoption and penetration across dealer and fleet channels.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout of new service offerings.Market & Business InsightsAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product offerings with market demand.SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilityAttention to detail and strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in services or product marketing
