General Manager
Multi-Store SupervisorThe Multi-Store Supervisor will oversee and direct the daily activities, schedules, inventory, and cash management. Lead and develop people and coach them to execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales, and control costs for each store. The Multi-Store Supervisor must follow standard operating policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Control cost of goods, variances and inventories within the stores/ barsResponsible for inventory control Daily counting of daiquiri. Monthly and weekly counting of items, checking in items received, and stocking itemsEnsure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in placeStaff and schedule appropriately to control labor costsEnsure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followedPlacing cash orders for additional changeMeasure, diagnose and correct cash management issuesEnsure product quality, store cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are metVerify and secure price or menu changes are correctly reflected in POSTrain, coach, and develop crew membersDelegate tasks to team and provide follow-upHold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as neededProvide effective, open, and consistent communication on goals during team meetings while recognizing positive contributionsEducate team on and enforce all appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, and security and safety proceduresContribute to the hiring of crew membersEnsure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate serviceContribute to crew members' performance reviewsEffectively handle customer issues;Measure customer satisfaction and execute plan to improve both satisfaction and loyaltyQualifications/Skills:Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the store effectively, including weekends and closing shifts as neededExcellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workersPossess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and cultureAbility to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused storeAbility to use a PCAbility to understand financial reportsStrong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organizeExcellent leadership and organizational skills with attention to detailProven track record of exceptional customer serviceEducation And/Or Experience:Must be at least 18 years of ageMinimum 1 year of customer service experienceMinimum 2 years of store supervisor experienceCertifications:ServSafe CertificationTAM CertificationSherriff CardFood SafetyOther certifications may be required where applicableEssential Physical Functions:Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in dataMust be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic.Work environment: exposure to food, liquor, mixing devices, drink machines, water, sanitizers, cleaning products, knives, other sharp objects, and slippery floorsMust be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
