Shift Lead Afternoon and Evening

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Shift Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing donuts that delight our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation. If you have a love for people and decorating, we want to hear from you! *Need to be able to work anytime from 2 pm to 10 pm most days. Responsibilities Prepare and mix dough according to established recipes and standards. Decorate donuts using various techniques, including icing, sprinkles, and toppings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations. Prepare Coffee and Lattes Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and notifying management of supply needs. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and assisting with their orders. Requirements Previous experience in food handling or food preparation is required. Familiarity with the food industry, particularly in pastry or bakery settings. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of products. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
