Our culture is built on the following core values of Strong Work Ethic, Good Character, Initiative, Embracing Change, Balance & Family, and Caring Genuinely.ResponsibilitiesProducts focus will be/but not limited to roofing, siding, solar, with a significant focus on contracted repairs and time and material service contractsConduct proper up-front contract and needs assessment on each sit to match product and accessories to address customer’s needsProvide proper solution based on presented issue through ongoing training and utilization of resourcesDiscover source of leak (when applicable) and provide the best solution for property ownerPerform product demonstrations when requested by property ownerMatch the correct installation requirements to the type of building applicationProvide accurate measurements and trim requirements for quoting purposesAdopt and utilize JobProgress CRM for all customer data entry, communication, scheduling, and proposalsCapture sale and set clear expectations providing scope of work, delivery schedule, and timeline to customerFollow-up with the customer through completion of installation to ensure a positive “Customer Experience”Strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” customersGain new business/leads through networking and referralsUtilize electronic systems (Podium, Company Cam, RenoWorks, Hover, G Suite) to manage customer communications and designCollect initial/final payment if necessaryRespond back to customers within 24 hoursAdhere to all monthly call log responsibilitiesExperience RequirementsMicrosoft Office and G-SuiteUnderstanding of Customer Resource Management SystemsInitiative and tenacity to execute goalsAvailability Monday thru Saturday (every other Saturday specifically) including eveningsAbility to problem-solvePrioritization and time management skillsAbility to speak articulately, and in a compelling mannerConsistent focus on attention to detail and follow throughAbility to lift 50 poundsAbility to climb up a ladder and walk on roofs with walkable pitches for thorough inspectionsAbility to manage multiple tasks throughout the dayBachelor's degree preferredBenefitsSalary plus commission and bonusMedicalDental401k Match
