Program Specialist Job Description: Oversee Direct Support Staff and Individuals with disabilities in Troy, Ohio. Oversight of approximately 3-6 homes. Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with coworkers, JFS and county board case managers, guardians, advocates and most importantly the individuals we serve. Working together as a team with all staff to help ensure quality of service. Completing schedules for the homes you are assigned. Following up on QA's Completing tasks for compliance.
