Project Manager
Job SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing industrial projects, including construction, maintenance, and turnaround activities. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting client specifications and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact between field operations, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionDevelop project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.Coordinate all phases of projects including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.Ensure work is performed in accordance with:P&IDsIsometric drawingsEngineering specificationsSafety & CompliancePromote and enforce a strong safety culture across all project activities.Ensure compliance with:OSHA regulationsProcess Safety Management (PSM) requirementsSite-specific safety proceduresSupport safety meetings, audits, and incident investigations.Cost & Budget ManagementDevelop and manage project budgets and cost forecasts.Track expenditures, labor costs, and material usage.Identify cost risks and implement mitigation strategies.Approve invoices, change orders, and procurement requests.Scheduling & Resource ManagementDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet milestones.Manage critical path activities and resolve scheduling conflicts.Team Leadership & CoordinationLead cross-functional teams including:SuperintendentsGeneral ForemenEngineersSubcontractorsProvide direction, support, and performance oversight.Ensure effective communication between field operations and management.Job SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing industrial projects, including construction, maintenance, and turnaround activities.
