About The Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our Payments Products development team. This role involves developing innovative software solutions by leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI and modern integration patterns. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying advanced payment solutions that enhance our platform’s capabilities. You will evaluate new ideas and emerging technologies, ensuring they align with business opportunities and technological advancements. The role requires collaboration across multiple teams, including Product, Operations, Cybersecurity, and DevOps, to deliver comprehensive and scalable solutions. Continuous learning and innovation are core aspects of this role, with a focus on automation, best practices, and engineering excellence to ensure high-quality, secure, and resilient systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Expert-level skills in Java, Python, and/or NodeJS; proficiency in C++ and C# is a plus
- Experience building Generative AI applications, conversational AI, RAG architectures, and related libraries
- Understanding of application security, SSDLC, and cryptography fundamentals
- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn for AI model development
- Proficiency in front-end web technologies such as ReactJS, Angular, and NodeJSAbility to work with large datasets, perform exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering
- Knowledge of version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices
- Understanding of distributed in-memory computing technologies like RedisStrong problem-solving skills, multitasking, and effective communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions utilizing generative AI and modern integration patterns
- Support the deployment, fine-tuning, and evaluation of AI components within enterprise applications, ensuring robustness and operational quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop complex projects that integrate emerging technologies with existing platforms
- Contribute to API design and development to improve integration of Payment Product applications and platforms
- Adhere to industry best practices in software development, emphasizing security, performance, scalability, and resilience
- Implement automation strategies for software development, testing, and deployment processes to enhance efficiency
- Participate in continuous learning initiatives to stay updated on new technologies such as GenAI, Kubernetes, Docker, and MLOpsManage technical debt and ensure high-quality code through code reviews and testing standards
- Work closely with Product, Cybersecurity, Operations, and Infrastructure teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
