It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the department heads to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activityAssist in preparation and distribution of financial statementsPrepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close scheduleManufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of operations, inventory flows, and cost driversAdvanced analytical capability, including actuals-to-budget/forecast variance analysis, trend identification, and clear communication of key drivers to leadershipProven data management and systems expertise, including accurate import/export and reconciliation between ERP and supporting systems, ensuring data integrity, controls, and reliable reportingYou’ll BringBachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or FinanceProficient in Microsoft ExcelExperience working with ERP and various accounting systems.Salary Range: $85,000 to $100,000
