Marketer (Brand, Product Marketing, Storytelling) Location:San Francisco Reports to:CEO About Tavus Tavus is a research company building AI systems that enable real-time, human-like interaction between people and machines. Its technology combines multimodal perception and generation with low-latency infrastructure to power conversational video interfaces. The company is backed by leading investors including Sequoia Capital, Y Combinator, and Scale Venture Partners. The Role Tavus is hiring afounding marketerto lead brand, product marketing, and category development. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will operate as asingle-threaded owner of narrative , working directly with the founder to define how the company is understood by the world. You will ownend-to-end storytelling— from shaping the narrative to creating content to driving distribution. What You’ll Do Own and evolve thecompany and product narrative Translate complex technical concepts intoclear, compelling messaging Create high-quality content across formats:writing, video, demos, launches Supportfrequent product launches(often weekly) with structured messaging and assets Shape and maintainbrand positioningacross web, product, and external channels Drive distribution acrossorganic, social, and PR channels Contribute to defining anew categoryin an emerging market Who You Are This role is open across seniority levels (typically4+ years’ experience ), with a strong bias towardexecution over strategy . Narrative & Creative Strength Exceptional ability to turn complex ideas intoclear, high-impact storytelling High attention to detail acrosswriting, visuals, and overall brand quality Experience buildingproduct-facing content(demos, websites, launches) Distribution & Growth Strength Strong understanding ofcontent distribution and amplification Track record of creatinghigh-engagement or high-visibility moments Intuition forchannels, timing, and audience reach Candidates may lean one way, but should becapable across both .
