Educates patients and families on health conditions, procedures, and care plans, ensuring understanding and compliance.Participates in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and nursing practices.Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring patient rights and needs are respected and addressed. Collects and documents patient health data systematically and continuously.Analyzes assessment data to determine and validate diagnoses with the patient, family, and healthcare providers.
