Job Description Direct Counsel is seeking a Structured Finance Of Counsel to join a leading national law firm.Location: Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, Palo Alto, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Raleigh, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Short Hills, Washington, WilmingtonPosition Type: Of CounselMinimum JD Year: 2015Salary Range: $475,000 - $525,000 per yearAbout the RoleDirect Counsel is seeking an experienced Structured Finance Of Counsel to join the Finance Group's Structured Finance Subgroup at a highly regarded national law firm. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex structured finance, securitization, and CLO matters within a collaborative and high-performing team.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 9 years of structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO experience.Prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm is strongly preferred.JD from an accredited law school.Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on structured finance transactions, including securitization and CLOs.Draft and negotiate transaction documents.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop innovative solutions.Maintain knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements and industry trends.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and writing skills.Excellent business judgment and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Work Environment & ExpectationsHybrid work model with in-office expectations.Must be able to manage competing deadlines and maintain high-quality work under pressure.Engage in both physical and sedentary work, including extensive computer use and virtual meetings.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary of $475,000 - $525,000 per year, depending on experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
