This role plays an important part in helping clients protect what matters most while supporting the agency's daily operations.ResponsibilitiesWrite and service new business policies Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and payments Manage policy renewals by reviewing coverage and rate changes and offering alternative options when appropriate Proactively contact clients before renewal to review needs and maintain strong relationships Gather and process signed applications and required documentation Generate and distribute monthly invoices and billing communications Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system Provide friendly, responsive support to clients by phone, email, and in person Maintain social media platforms and online communicationQualificationsActive Property & Casualty insurance license (or willing to obtain)Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous insurance agency experiences preferred Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We OfferSupportive family-oriented work environment Opportunity for long-term growth and stability Competitive compensation based on experience and licensing.Starting salary range 30K-40K, plus bonusesHealth insurance benefits A workplace where relationships, trust, and community matter
