Field Operations Assistant

Job Title: Field Operations Assistant (Bilingual), Luxury Residential Cleaning Required: Fluent in both English and Spanish. It is about caring for people, creating welcoming spaces, serving with excellence, and supporting our clients and team with integrity, professionalism, and heart.We are growing and looking for a highly dependable, hardworking, bilingual Field Operations Assistant to support our Residential Field Operations Manager in the day-to-day operation of the business.This is NOT a desk-only office job.This role is for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, helping people, staying busy, supporting teams, and rolling up their sleeves wherever needed. You will spend time both in the office and out in the field supporting cleaners, clients, supplies, training, quality checks, scheduling support, and operational coordination.The right person is:Positive and energeticHighly dependableProfessional and confidentOrganized and proactiveCalm under pressureComfortable directing and coaching othersStrong communicatorService-mindedHumble and hardworkingWilling to jump in wherever neededAble to move quickly in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilities Include:Supporting daily residential operationsAssisting with schedules, call-outs, and operational supportSupporting cleaners and field teamsConducting quality checks and spot checksTraining and coaching cleanersDelivering supplies and equipmentHelping resolve client concerns professionallySupporting phone calls and communication with clients and employeesHelping keep operations organized and running smoothlyWorking closely with leadership and field operationsRequirements:Fluent in both English and SpanishCleaning industry experience strongly preferredStrong people and communication skillsComfortable speaking professionally with clients in their homesBasic computer and smartphone skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAble to pass background checkAble to lift supplies/equipment and work actively throughout the dayCompensation:$20-23/hour depending on experience and fitAbout New Image:We are building something special.
