Candidates must reside within 1 hour of Jacksonville, FL for on-site equipment pick-up and first-day orientation. Position Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Remote after equipment pick-up Training: Fully remote after hybrid first-day orientation Qualifications: Must reside within 1 hour commuting distance of Jacksonville, FL. Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week. Strong computer and communication skills required. Self-motivated, problem-solver with the ability to work independently. Flexible and adaptable to changing business and account needs. Experience Required: Medical documentation and familiarity with EMR systems (Excel experience preferred). Medical transcription or relevant experience in nursing, cardiology, multi-specialty, or billing/coding. Knowledge and commitment to HIPAA and HITECH policies for patient confidentiality. Proficiency in abstracting and indexing clinical data from medical records. Proficiency in logging information from paper charts to EHR systems or transferring between EHR platforms.
