Brand / Account Manager

About The RoleWe're a marketing and creative agency looking for a Brand/Account Manager to be the connective tissue between our clients and our creative team. You'll own the relationships, steer the work, and make sure every project ships on time, on budget, and on brand.This is a role for someone who's equal parts strategist, project manager, and trusted advisor. You understand that great creative doesn't happen by accident—it happens because someone is asking the right questions, protecting the team's focus, and keeping the client confident every step of the way. That someone is you.What You'll DoServe as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, building strong, trust-based relationshipsLead client meetings, presentations, and status calls with clarity and confidenceTranslate client goals and feedback into clear, actionable briefs for creative, photography, and production teamsOwn project timelines, budgets, and scopes—flagging risks early and keeping everything on trackCollaborate closely with creative directors, designers, photographers, and strategists to deliver work that exceeds expectationsIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts through new projects, retainers, or expanded scopesManage approvals, revisions, and deliverables across multiple workstreams without losing the threadContribute to new business pitches and proposals when the right opportunity comes upKeep internal stakeholders informed with clear, concise updates—no surprisesWhat You Bring3-5 years of account management or client services experience at a marketing, creative, or advertising agencyA track record of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously without dropping the ballStrong understanding of the creative process and what it takes to produce high-quality brand, digital, and content workExcellent written and verbal communication skills—you can write a sharp brief, present with poise, and de-escalate a tense email threadComfort with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Figma, Google Workspace)A calm, organized, solutions-first mindset—especially when timelines tighten or scope shiftsGenuine curiosity about your clients' businesses and the industries they operate inNice to HaveExperience working with brands in CPG, beauty, apparel, hospitality, or e-commerceBackground in integrated campaigns spanning brand, digital, social, and contentFamiliarity with media buying, paid social, or performance marketingExperience contributing to new business development or pitch workWhat We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidays401(k) with company matchA collaborative, creative-first environment where your voice shapes the workClear pathways to grow into senior account leadership rolesHow to ApplySend your resume and a short note about an account or project you're proud of to hello@polamarketing.com.
