Channel Account Manager Copier Solutions (Remote, Mid-West)You're not just managing accounts; you're architecting partnerships and driving strategy at the highest levels. We're seeking a Channel Account Manager to become the face of our client, a digital imaging leader, across the Mid-West. This is a remote role where your technical expertise and strategic vision will empower a network of dealers, directly fueling growth and transforming how businesses operate. If you thrive on building relationships with C-suite executives and translating complex solutions into undeniable ROI, this is your stage.Your Mission:Develop and execute strategies to accelerate sales through the dealer channel and with end-users.As the primary ambassador for the company, you'll nurture critical business relationships with your assigned dealers.A key part of your role involves communicating effectively with Fortune 500 leadershipincluding CEOs, CIOs, and CFOsto present high-level sales strategies, ROI justifications, and technical workflow analyses.Providing the technical knowledge that allows for detailed analysis and recommended hardware/software solutions for dealers and end-users.Managing dealer accounts, territories, marketing programs, education, and channel support.Conducting high-level introductory sales calls and providing proposal development and bid support.Coordinating product launches and equipment/software updates with your channel partners.Managing and coordinating key industry events and tradeshows.You Bring:A required Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience.Direct experience in copier sales and the A3 market is required.Preferred background in B2B retail sales, face-to-face customer roles, or experience with a copier dealer or manufacturer.CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ and Network+ Certifications.A solid foundation of 5+ years in sales, sales support, and industry-related experience.Sales Certifications in the 6 core Skill-Soft areas: Professional Selling in the Knowledge Economy, Field Sales, Territorial Account Sales Skills, Opportunity Development, Strategic Account Sales Skills, and Sales Communication Techniques simulations.The ability and willingness to travel over 75% of the time within the Northern Mid-West region.Location & Compensation:This is a full-time, virtual/remote position based in the Mid-West region, ideally near Detroit, Michigan. The anticipated annual salary range is $70,000 - $104,000. This position is also commission-eligible under the terms of an applicable plan, based on a 65/35 split, offering significant earning potential based on your performance.
