ASI is looking for an IT Support Specialist with networking and server experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software applications, and network/server systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide IT support for employees via phone, email, and remote assistance.
Be familiar with computer hardware and software.
Assist in server and network maintenance.
Document processes and changes.
Troubleshoot a wide variety of IT related issues.
Work in a team environment.
