Travel ECMO Perfusionist - $6,048 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Perfusionist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 05/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available Opportunity: Perfusionist - Perfusionist Job Details: • Work 5x8 hour shifts with shift times changing based on facility needs • Must be able to independently assist in ECMO cannulation for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients • Minimum 5 years of perfusion experience required • Must be comfortable operating in fast-paced emergent cardiac cases • ECMO transport experience is mandatory • Must have experience with Spectrum Pump (facility recently transferred to these pumps) • Experience required with Terumo system 1, Quest MPS 2/3 Cardioplegia, ISTAT, Centrimag, Impella 5.5, Bellmont Hyperthermia Kit, CardioHelp, Angiovac, CardioQuip HC • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, Clinical Perfusionist (ABCP) • Bachelor's degree in related field required • Work setting experience required: CVOR, General OR, Pedi CVOR, Pedi General OR, and Trauma Level 1 • Minimum 1 year of EPIC experience required • Travel experience required - no first-time travelers accepted • Scrubs provided by unit • Must complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours • May be required to float to other units as needed based on census Facility: This major healthcare facility operates as a comprehensive medical center providing advanced cardiac and surgical services.
