Human Resources Generalist
Description:
Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee records
Maintain personnel files and HR documentation
Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and employee status changes
Support benefits enrollment and employee questions
Complete I-9 and E-Verify requirements
Track leave, attendance, certifications, and required documentation
Assist with workers' compensation and employee incident records
Prepare HR reports, forms, and correspondence
Support employees and management with routine HR matters
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Requirements:
Previous HR, payroll, or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR/payroll systems
Experience in construction, oil & gas, or a multi-location company is a plus
