Social Media ManagerWe are looking for a high-impact Social Media Manager to own and scale our social presence as we continue to grow our US sweepstakes casino brand.This is a hands-on, end-to-end role with full ownership of social media strategy, content creation, execution, and performance. You will shape how our brand shows up across social platforms, how we engage with our community, and how social contributes directly to player acquisition, engagement, and retention.You'll be at the center of our brand voice — creating standout content, launching inventive campaigns, engaging daily with our players, and using data to continuously improve performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end social media strategy, from ideation to execution and optimizationDevelop platform-specific strategies focused on growth, engagement, and brand loyaltyIdentify opportunities to turn social channels into a meaningful growth and engagement driverCreate fresh, inventive, and on-brand content across all social platforms (organic)Plan and execute creative social campaigns, promotions, and community activationsEnsure consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across channelsTake full ownership of content quality and campaign execution standardsActively engage with followers, players, and fans across all platformsRespond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely, brand-appropriate mannerRepresent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and consistencyWork closely with Customer Support to resolve issues and align on player communicationsBuild, maintain, and manage a Social Media content calendarCoordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams on launches, promotions, and announcementsEnsure smooth execution of campaigns and timely delivery of contentDefine and track KPIs for social performance (growth, engagement, reach, CTR, etc.)Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and gapsRegularly report insights and recommendations to stakeholdersContinuously test, learn, and optimize content formats, timing, and messagingStay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and best practicesProactively recommend new content formats, platforms, and engagement ideasInform leadership of relevant changes that may impact brand visibility or performanceRequirements:5+ years of hands-on Social Media management experience within real-money online gaming, sweepstakes casinos, social casinos, or comparable high-engagement digital products2+ years of management experienceStrong understanding of the US player market, including customer behavior, motivations, promotional sensitivity, and lifecycle expectationsProven ability to build, grow, and engage online communitiesStrong content creation skills — copy, concepts, and campaign thinkingDeep understanding of major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Reddit, etc.)Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing performanceExcellent written and verbal English communication skills, able to clearly articulate strategy, present insights, and collaborate effectively with key stakeholdersHighly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning projects end-to-endExperience working cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support teams10Ten Gaming is a fast-growing US-based sweepstakes casino building the next generation of social casino experiences.Founded by industry veterans, we combine high-energy gameplay, cutting-edge technology, and a player-first mindset to create fun, fair, and compliant casino-style games powered by Sweeps Coins and Gold Coins.
