Duties Greet guests with a friendly smile and positive attitude, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from arrival to departure Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and assisting with reservations or special requests Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service and timely seating of guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area to uphold high standards of guest service Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, turning any issues into positive experiences Support overall restaurant operations by providing guest services that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Skills Proven experience as a host or hostess in a restaurant or food service environment, with strong guest service skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest interactions Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for managing reservations and seating Ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations and teamwork among staff Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, especially in guest services or serving roles Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest relations, food service procedures, and restaurant operations Join us in delivering memorable dining experiences by providing exceptional hospitality with energy and professionalism.
