About The RoleOur client is seeking a highly skilled Roofing Estimator for direct- hire position to manage high-end, custom roof systems for residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, from design and estimating to execution, ensuring top-tier customer service with a focus on transparency, excellence, and integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed estimates for residential roofing projects, including shingle, tile, and metal roofs.Analyze blueprints, project plans, and other documents to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.Maintain updated market pricing for materials in the estimating system.Generate job cost reports and present prepared estimates to management.Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring accurate hand-offs with project managers.RequirementsFlorida Roofing Experience: Strong understanding of local roofing regulations and materials.
