Our client is seeking an accounting leader who can own the accounting function, strengthen processes, and serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership. Benefits & Extras Excellent Benefits! Direct visibility and partnership with executive leadership Opportunity to influence profitability and operational improvements Broad ownership across accounting, FP&A, tax, audit, and controls Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Compensation $120,000–$140,000 base salary, plus bonus What You’ll Be Doing Provide overall leadership for the accounting function and guide the day-to-day activities of the accounting team Drive an efficient month-end close and deliver timely, accurate financial reporting to company leadership Oversee key areas of the financial operation, including receivables, payables, credit, fixed assets, and inventory Lead the budgeting and financial analysis process, turning financial results into meaningful business insights Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place and that the company’s financial information remains accurate and reliable Manage tax, audit, year-end, and other external financial reporting requirements Champion improvements to accounting processes and systems, including ERP enhancements that make the business more efficient What You’ll Need to be Considered 7-10 years of solid accounting and leadership experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline Strong background in inventory Strong ERP system experience Manufacturing or distribution experience How To Apply We’d love to see your resume, but we don’t need it to have a conversation.
