Supervisor Inspector

Avianca, Inc seeks a Supervisor Inspector in Miami, FL. Responsibilities include: Directing, inspecting, supervising, and certifying preventive and corrective maintenance tasks performed on aircraft or aeronautical components by maintenance technicians, in accordance with the capabilities approved for the maintenance; Adhere to the inspection and return-to-service system for aircraft or components that have been satisfactorily maintained in accordance with the manufacturer, regulations, and the policies of customers and the OMA. Requirements: A&P License, plus, 60 months in the Job offered or related within the area of aircraft and/or component. Experience Directing, inspecting, supervising, and certifying preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on aircrafts and components; Reviewing records; Reporting of hazardous conditions, incidents, and/or accidents that affect overall safety; Familiarity with national and international aeronautical and non-aeronautical regulations; and Experience with OMA.
