Job DescriptionEarn $70,000+ in your first year as an Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative with Pinnacle Family Insurance — an Allstate agency growing across multiple locations. This is a hybrid remote, Monday–Friday role with weekends off, paid training, and uncapped commission on warm inbound calls. No cold calling.You'll take inbound calls from existing Allstate clients, help with policy changes, billing, and claims, and round out their coverage on auto, home, life, and umbrella insurance.
