This is a first shift position (7:30 am – 4:00 pm), with mandatory OT including weekends as needed along with the potential for second shift on occasion. This position will primarily be based at Solar's Broken Arrow facility. The successful candidate will have a safety-oriented mindset.Principal AccountabilitiesPrincipal accountabilities may include but are not limited to the following:Receive, sort, store, issue, stage, move, dispatch and ship materials, parts, tools, assemblies in and out of Solar facilities, as assigned.Operate any material moving equipment to move materials, parts and/or tooling.Plan and execute the methods necessary for loading and unloading all types of vehicles used in the transportation of receiving and shipping to daily responsibilities regarding safety in the work area.Perform all the assigned duties necessary to maintain the shipping and receiving areas throughout Solar, also keeping the work area in a clean environment.Perform all assigned duties necessary related to building crates and packaging parts for well with team members.Minimum QualificationsExperience working in a warehouse environmentHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent6+ months experience using a forkliftExperience using hand toolsAble to build shipping crates to dimensions providedBasic computer skillsSummary Pay Range$24.00 - $36.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
