Customer Service RepresentativeTrumbull Industries, Inc., is a full-line distributor of plumbing products. The main purpose of this position is to provide professional Inside Sales/Customer Service support to all customers to meet or exceed their expectations. This role includes ensuring order accuracy anddeveloping strong and lasting relationships. Kitchen sales / design experience beneficial.Job Duties:Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and prices in a prompt friendly and accurate manner.Enter orders on the order entry, returns and issue creditsMonitor purchase orders to check on status and back orders.Coordinate sales between customers or purchasing departments and coordinate shipping dates.Resolve customer problems; forward those issues to an appropriate buyer or supervisor.Provide technical sales information and vendor information to customers.Coordinate with warehouse personnel to complete an order in an expedient and efficient fashion.Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.Qualifications:Inside Sales/Customer Service experience preferably in Kitchen/Bath/Plumbing products.Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.PC proficiency using ERP and proprietary automated computer applications is desired.Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent math, verbal and written communication skillsGood follow up skills and persistenceExcellent phone presenceWilling and able to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to multi-task and prioritize work appropriatelySense of urgency and decisiveness as appropriateReacts well under the pressure of a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitmentsFast and accurate data entry skills.Total Rewards Information:We offer market-competitive compensation including base pay and bonus potential opportunities based on the achievement of Company goals.
