Our district values continuous learning and is deeply committed to supporting your ongoing professional development.Essential Responsibilities:• IEP Implementation: Develop and implement rigorous, data-driven IEPs, consistently monitoring and documenting progress toward goals• Instructional Support: Deliver specialized instruction in functional academics, pre-vocational skills, activities of daily living, and social-emotional learning, all tailored to individual student needs• Behavior Management: Develop and implement behavior intervention plans utilizing positive behavior supports and crisis intervention techniques to maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment• Collaboration: Partner effectively with paraprofessionals, teachers, related service providers (SLPs, OTs, PTs) and families to ensure a cohesive and consistent support system for each student
