As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.DutiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments and document medical records accurately.Administer injections and perform procedures such as gastric lavage and dermal fillers as needed.Provide discharge planning for patients, ensuring they understand their care instructions.Assist in the management of patients' conditions through ongoing monitoring and evaluation.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective treatment plans.Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.Stay informed about workers' compensation law as it relates to patient care.Perform sonography and mammography procedures when required.Lift and transport patients safely while adhering to safety protocols. QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.Experience administering injections and familiarity with medical records management.Knowledge of discharge planning processes and patient assessment techniques.Proficiency in performing gastric lavage, dermal fillers, sonography, and mammography is preferred but not mandatory.Understanding of workers' compensation law is a plus.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in patient care documentation.
