Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, fostering their growth and performance
Drive product build efforts from concept to launch, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
Contribute hands-on to product development, ensuring outstanding user experiences across platforms
Required Qualifications
8+ years of UX experience
5+ years of experience managing teams of 5 or more designers
Proven experience in building new products or major product capabilities
Strong understanding of interaction design and systems thinking
Experience using AI tools to enhance UX workflows
