Forklift Operator

We are currently seeking dedicated Dock Workers to join our team at our distribution center in Portland, OR. As a Dock Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and movement of materials within our warehouse facility. Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 2 am-10am Duties: - Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks - Perform materials handling tasks including loading and unloading freight from trailers. - Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments accurately. - Adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. - Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. Requirements: - Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred. - Proficiency in operating forklifts and other heavy equipment. - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Willingness to comply with safety regulations and procedures.
