Keep Ryan's vehicles and equipment running at peak performance — performing maintenance inspections, diagnosing issues, and executing repairs with precision.Manage the fleet. Monitor inventory, maintain accurate equipment and vehicle maintenance records, and enter data into Fleetio and Asset Tiger daily.Coordinate with vendors. Communicate with outside vendors on specialized repairs and ensure work is completed on time and to standard.Be the internal expert. Interact with internal clients daily, communicating repair timelines, maintenance expectations, and solutions to problems as they arise.Train and coach. Share your expertise with field associates and new team members — passing on best practices in equipment maintenance, care, and safety.Think ahead. Provide feedback and input on capital equipment planning to help departments stay ahead of their needs.Keep learning.
