Then, you'll mobilize crews and equipment across sites, checking on progress and ensuring that field tasks align with planting plans, E&S guidelines, or invasive species standards.You'll monitor quality and safety, identify hazards, and complete safety reports, inspections, and ERP contributions. You may jump in to operate equipment, perform QA/QC on subcontractors, or train techs on equipment maintenance and herbicide handling.Throughout the day, you'll communicate with Restoration Managers and Operations Managers on project timelines, staffing needs, and schedules. You'll review timecards, expense reports, and assist in orienting new team members—all while keeping restoration quality and crew safety as top priorities.Physical requirements:Please note that we also work outside come rain or come shine, and are exposed to insects including ticks and mosquitoes, or poisonous plants such as poison ivy.
