We are looking for a detail oriented and ambitious procurement representative to join our team and develop business in North American market. MTB’s procurement lead system includes innovative lead generation tools and strategy that use both digital and conventional techniques. A great opportunity for a motivated professional looking to further their career in the thriving manufacturing industry.Responsibilities include nurturing leads through provided contacts and developing relationships with customers looking to buy or sell manufacturing equipment/ machine tools. It also includes daily outreach to registered bidders for our auctions to drive conversion rates and expand awareness of our proprietary auction platform. This position is a great fit for an individual looking for a long-term career in an established and growing company. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day to leads provided to you, drafting and executing contracts, working with partners, qualifying prospects, and closing procurement leads for our auctions. Must have excellent communication and people skills and be proficient in online search and PC usage. Knowledge of manufacturing industry and or engineering background is a major plus but not required.Job Title: Account ManagerResponsibilities· Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails· Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information· Identify customer's interested in buying and pass leads to management· Daily outreach to registered bidders for auctions to drive conversion and expand our proprietary auction platform· Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities· Meet or surpass Monthly/Quarterly/Annual goals· Full-cycle procurement process and client supportQualifications· Demonstrable ability to meet or surpass goals· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills· Competent and fair negotiator· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
