The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, operations, consulting, or executive support, with a preference for those with experience in wealth management or financial services. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in relevant roles, with a focus on strategy, operations, consulting, or executive support. A background in wealth management or financial services is preferred. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a high level of integrity, discretion, and an ownership mindset. An MBA or advanced degree is also preferred.
