The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing EPM (ARCS, EPBCS, FCCS) solutions that align with our clients business goals and objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform system and business analysis to understand client needs andDesign solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing processes andIdentify areas for process improvement and recommendCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to define applicationOversee the software application lifecycle from conception toProvide fit and gap assessments and offer solution options with impactEnsure data integrity and evaluate appropriate software and hardwareManage the inventory of system documentation andQualificationsBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relatedHave good understand of EPM especially ARCS, CC Matching, FCCS, Narrative ReportingAbility to review design and direct the team on best practicesAbility to setup and review configurations and train the internal teamCollaborate with SI's, internal and business team on the project deliverablesProven experience as an EPM Solutions Architect or similarStrong understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud modules andMust have good experience in Transaction matching in ARCS.Hands-on experience with financial reporting and budgetingExcellent analytical and problem-solvingAbility to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggestStrong communication and presentation
