We value a healthy work-life balance and innovation, and we are an impact-focused business.  Position Summary:Urban Moonshine is seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Growth Marketing Director to lead and scale our digital growth efforts across ecommerce channels. This role will own the DTC channel end-to-end, driving strategy, execution, and performance across acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization. This is a part-time position to start with potential to quickly evolve into a full-time role with demonstrated ability & results. This role is responsible for driving efficient, measurable growth through thoughtful testing, data analysis, and performance marketing execution across all digital channels, with a strong focus on balancing growth with sustainable profitability. This is a critical role owning and optimizing the marketing funnel, with an emphasis on channel performance, attribution, and unit economics.  The ideal candidate is a data-driven operator with experience in CPG wellness brands, fluent in marketing analytics, strategy, and experimentation. Candidates must be comfortable working both in the details and at a high level: building reports, analyzing cohorts, implementing tactics, and managing internal & external partners, while setting clear direction grounded in both performance and long-term brand integrity. The Growth Marketing Director will work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to support cross-channel initiatives, manage channels to meet profitability goals, and set & execute growth objectives. Ideal candidates bring a collaborative, transparent approach to their work and value accountability, integrity, clear communication, and continuous improvement. This is a part-time position, with the potential to grow into a larger role alongside the organization. Primary Responsibilities:●      Collaborate with the leadership team to drive the company’s long and short-term revenue, growth, and profitability goals.●      Own the strategy, budget, and execution of digital marketing initiatives, and lead internal & external marketing teams by translating strategy into actionable plans.●      Develop, monitor, and report on marketing KPI’s across e-commerce channels to drive insights and continuous improvement.●      Scale & expand customer acquisition, lifecycle management, and retention initiatives, including developing new programs, implementing software tools, and iterating on tactics.●      Lead paid media strategy across channels to optimize creative, audience and spend allocation to meet and improve CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency targets for scalable growth.●      Optimize e-commerce experience & conversion rate optimization (CRO) by identifying and implementing improvements, A/B tests, landing pages, checkout, and other website updates in conjunction with web developers.●      Collaborate with the creative team from conception to execution, providing data-driven insights to test & refine high-performing creative assets.          ●      Manage outside paid media & web development partners to execute initiatives & meet goals.●      Analyze industry trends, staying abreast of new platforms, trends, and competitors to promote innovation, experimentation and maintain brand relevancy as a category leader. Key Qualifications:●      5+ Years of experience in a growth marketing role for a CPG company, with a strong preference for experience in supplements, wellness, or herbal products.●      Demonstrated experience in scaling DTC revenue.●      Strong financial and analytical acumen; proven P&L and budget management experience for a company targeting profitability and growth.●      Excellent understanding of the digital marketing landscape and customer acquisition & retention tools.●      Highly proficient in using software/technology, including Shopify ecosystem, Klaviyo, Google Suite/G4, paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), AI tools, and other marketing tools.●      Demonstrated ability to set goals and objectives, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve results.●      Highly driven, emotionally intelligent, organized, strong communication skills, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial work environment. To apply, please fill out an application on our website, including your resume & cover letter in PDF format. Position starts: May 2026, flexible start date.Deadline to apply: Open until filledLocation: Remote, preference given to candidates based in the Northeast.
