Logistics and Inventory Coordinator

Under the direction of the Director of Operations and Logistics, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible the logistics of importing goods, ensuring compliance with regulations and tariffs, and overseeing the flow of shipments from origin to destination. Position is not limited to import logistics but includes daily operational responsibilities as well. Responsibilities. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records (WIP/finished goods). - Logistics Coordination: Schedule and track shipments, prepare documentation (BOL, packing lists), and manage carrier relationships. - Warehouse Operations: Receive, store, and distribute materials, optimize layout, and ensure safety compliance. - Data Accuracy: Enter, update, and audit inventory data in the database, including part transfers and adjustments. - Problem Resolution: Research and resolve shipping delays or inventory issues....Inventory Coordinator, Logistics, Operations Coordinator, Inventory, Microsoft, Manufacturing, Coordinator
